"Prince of Wales – Community Management Centre"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 3S - Community Management Centre

(as the patient),

I went in recently, I had covid and the doctor in emergency told me they would ring me. Since then they have been ringing me every day up to this morning when I was discharged.

There was three people who phoned. I can’t remember the name of one, but the one who rang today was Jonas, he’s rung me a couple of times, and the other lad was called Bronwyn, they have been fabulous, yes they asked me all the questions but they were nice about it and they had a little joke with me.

If they said they would ring at 11 then they would ring at 11, if they said they would ring at 11:15 they would ring at 11:15.

Hello defenderte73,

Thank you for your wonderful feedback in regards to the SESLHD Community Management Centre.

It is lovely to see you were able to be managed virtually at home by the CMC team and that the people you talked to over the phone left such a positive impact.

Your kind words will be passed onto both Jonas and Bronwyn.

I hope you have recovered well from COVID.

Kind regards,

Justin O'Hare

Nursing Co-Director, POWH
