"Lives Lived Well - Nana Muru"

About: Lives Lived Well – Nowra (Nana Muru)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have attended Nana Muru and have had a positive feeling and attitude to the program that was run. I like that it was informative and it had given me strategies to think about and implement in my daily life. We were given strategies in a formulated way which made sense and was easily understood. Because the group was smaller and more intimate it made it easier to relate and felt more personal, allowing me to bring my guards down and be more open to sharing and giving experiences.

Dear Big Chief,

Thank you for sharing your experience at Nana Muru. It's lovely to read that you were able to let your guard down in a smaller group and gained tools and strategies to use in your everyday life.

Well done for taking the first step! Always remember you can do the groups again if you need to and always reach out if you need additional support.

All the best for a happy and healthy future.

LM
