About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Transitional Aged Care Program

(as the patient),

Had a wonderful caring care team for 12 wks after a cardiac arrest in pow and 8 wks hospitalised wonderful care team to my home with kindness dedication and genuine interest in my care from Ally Faye Brooke Kelly and a Julie also nurse Kim earlier  on I Will miss them for sure x They all deserve a pay rise xxx
