My 19 year old son presented to ED and was moved to Fast Track.  We had an amazing experience and cannot fault any of the staff, all excelled in their own way.  The positive experience started at triage, continued through clerk information, the Fast Track ED incredible RN (sorry, I didn't make note of the name), Jo the cleaner who brightened our day and Max, the Reg that performed the procedure.  Max had the right mix of professionalism and humour, cleverly able to put a 19 year old at ease, enough to almost enjoy the experience!  Thank you all, the service, expertise and experience was incredible.
