Download and share individual stories

You can now download any individual story and response on the site. This is a great feature for displaying feedback in services, inserting stories into reports or giving staff feedback directly!

If you are using Care Opinion in an educational setting then this new option allows you to share certain stories with students. They can be added to Blackboard, used as a direct learning resource, or printed out and shared.

To use this feature:

Find a Story

Scroll down to the bottom of the page

Find the download story and response button, it's on the right hand side of the page that the story is on, right near the bottom, above the social media logos.

Select your format (word, pdf, excel)

Hit Generate

The document will save to your downloads!

The Download allows you not only to see the story and its response, but also to see the “what’s good?” and “what could be improved?” tags added by the author, as well as how they were feeling. It will also show you if a change has been made as a result of the story!
