What happens now?
Care Opinion will send you an email so you can keep track of your story’s progress.
Your story will now be read and moderated from a Care Opinion staff member. We moderate your story to ensure your story will not identify yourself as the service user. After the moderation, your story will then be published to our website. By doing this, the service will receive an 'alert' to tell them a story has been shared about their service.
The service can then respond to your story, thanking you for your feedback or addressing your issues mentioned. When the response has been published, you will then receive an email to advise of this.
