Instead of linking to the Care Opinion home page, why not link directly to your organisation's feedback on the site. This will allow people visiting Care Opinion from your site to quickly see relevant stories.
In addition, Care Opinion has an API, which can be used to bring real-time stories and functionality to your website in the form of widgets, Atom and RSS feeds and more.
