"Helpful and considerate staff at Knox Private Hospital"

My child had dental surgery at Knox Private Hospital Day Surgery on recently. We were greeted by smiling staff on entering the hospital. The admin staff who took us up to the day surgery area was professional and considerate. Although there was a long wait due to other patients needing surgery before us, our surgery was not cancelled. The nurses and surgeon were helpful, smiley and considerate. We had an uneventful day everything went smoothly thanks to everyone doing their job efficiently.

Although we cannot remember individuals names, staff's pleasant manners, consideration and efficiency ensured a great experience for us. We thank them for this. Please let them know they are appreciated.
