This is a thank you note to Dr Rex of Bunbury Hospital. I was admitted last year with a rash spreading on my body and fever. Dr Rex spent time with me, examined me and explained to me all the diagnosis. He also spent time with my mum and partner explaining all the diagnosis. He asked a few questions to them as well. He explained that I needed antibiotics and blood tests and scans. Next day when I felt worse, he made arrangements for me to be transferred to Fiona Stanley Hospital to see various specialists. I was then discharged without a diagnosis. He had kept in touch with the various doctors from Fiona Stanley and gave me a call when all my test results were back and explained, I was on the right antibiotics for a rare infection. He also saw us in the clinic.
Dr Rex was courteous, knowledgeable, caring and took special care of me. I would like to thank him indeed.
