My husband, child and I would just like to thank Jo at Augusta Hospital, WA.

She had superb beside manner with our child. She and one other Nurse were in charge of the Emergency and General Hospital.

Although a non urgent visit, Jo acted professionally and with great friendliness.

Dear HB,

Thank you for your kind feedback on the care that was provided to your child at Augusta Hospital.

All of the Nursing Staff at Augusta Hospital pride themselves on being friendly, welcoming and caring no matter what the presentation is, big or small.

We aim to ensure that all children feel comfortable about coming to hospital when they need to.

I have personally passed on your feedback to Jo and Carol (the other nurse on duty) as they are at work today.
