Dear Sir/madam, 

To the staff that looked after myself,

Upon arrival to emergency at the Angliss Hospital Ferntree Gully recently, from the time I was consulted, placed into emergency care, then a ward room and finally discharged, I would like to say "Thank You Very Much" to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff that went above and beyond the duty of care towards myself and family. 

Their training, caring, thoughtfulness and happy personalities made my stay a very welcome place to be. I appreciate the time that they took to diagnose my condition and look after my well being thoughout the course of hospitalization.

Needing to go to hospital can be a very challenging time and I was so pleased to read the staff very clearly demonstrated the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility along with their clinical knowledge and judgement to support your diagnosis, care and treatment.

It will give me great pleasure to share your experience with the staff at The Angliss Hospital so they are aware of the positive impact they have made on you.
