(as the patient),

I had my cataract done recently. From the time I got in, the staff member showed me how to put the gown on. I got confused, and he was very patient with me. The anaesthetist was great, they all were. They made me very relaxed. I have another one in March and I'm not scared at all and I would like to thank you all.
