About: Bentley Hospital / Operating Theatre & Recovery

I had my cataract done recently. From the time I got in, the staff member showed me how to put the gown on. I got confused, and he was very patient with me. The anaesthetist was great, they all were. They made me very relaxed. I have another one in March and I'm not scared at all and I would like to thank you all.

Dear Mammaroo

Thank you for taking the time to write and provide your lovely feedback relating to your experience at Bentley Hospital and the staff. I was particularly pleased to hear that you were put at ease by their caring approach. We are very fortunate to have such supportive and experienced staff who have the patient’s needs at the centre of their care. I will ensure that your praise and thanks are passed on to the Bentley Theatre team.

Kind regards

Dr Lesley Bennett
