"Recovery from a 20 yr meth addiction"

I lost 2 sons, my 3 yr old was murdered in 2002 by his step aunt and my 16 yr old was run over on his way home from work in 2005. Previous to this I had dabbled in using speed, but the loss of my sons sent me into a downward spiral of daily use right up until mid 2017, when with the help and support of Katie my drug counsellor at Lives Lived Well, addiction I quit cold turkey. I decided there had to be more to life than what I was doing. I was close to going to jail and losing my home and my parrot Batman and losing myself completely. So I quit and got clean, finally after all those years. I helped launch the new office of Lives Lived Well in Rockhampton in 2017 with my recovery story. Sadly Xmas 2017 I lapsed due to triggers of my son's deaths and Xmas but I got myself together and quit on the same date in 2018 again and this time I've not looked back. I've got a job and new friends and I finally have a life. Thank you Katie and Lives Lived Well....
