"The great service I experienced at the Sydney Eye Hospital, Macquarie St Sydney"

Dear Sir/Madam

I write this email to express my deep appreciation for the wonderful treatment I received at the Sydney Eye Hospital recently.  

Aaron greeted me at the reception desk and was so helpful in filling out the forms. 

A beautiful nurse called Jill then looked after me. She made me feel so welcome and obviously knew how apprehensive I was about my upcoming surgery. Her care for me was outstanding and made me feel special. Jill is an outstanding nurse but more importantly an outstanding human being.

Dr John (ophthalmologist), Dr Mark (anaesthetist) and Dr James looked after me very well in surgery. The nurses in the theatre …. Jennifer and Rose were so caring. I was then greeted by two other nurses… Peta and Francis in recovery who continued with the fine care your hospital provided.

I spent many hours at your hospital on that day and witnessed an exceptional team of hospital staff. I thank you all so much for your care of me and the many other patients you look after each day.
