Dear Royal North Shore Hospital Eye Clinic,

This is a short note to say thank you.

Last years my eyes were operated on within 3 months to remove dense cataracts.

The approach, understanding and politeness of the nurses, registrars & the consultants before, during & after the operation was so professional, understanding and polite.  

Now all is left for me is to enjoy my new sight.

Thank you Royal North Shore Hospital ...you have given me the gift of sight...you have changed my life.

I am writing in response to your thank you post on Patient Opinion Australia, expressing your appreciation for the service you received while recently at Royal North Shore Hospital Eye Clinic.

We are indeed fortunate to have such caring and dedicated health professionals working within our Area Health Services. While no thanks are expected, the acknowledgement you have given to the staff at RNSH is greatly appreciated, and I would like to assure you that your sentiments have been passed onto the management and their staff in the Eye Clinic.
