"Emergency Department"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I went to the ED because I was worried I was having heart issues. They were not exceptionally busy, it was a Sunday morning. I was taken straight through to a bed and attended to immediately. The service I received from all staff was excellent and the environment was clean and tidy. My only issue was that I would have liked an additional pillow as I have neck issues and I was told there were none available. I was not told the bed could be adjusted to compensate for the lack of an additional pillow. Overall I was very happy with the Emergency Department and the care I received.
