Giving birth to my first baby, I felt really supported throughout labour and had great help in the first few days settling into new parenthood!

Dear V Happy,

My name is Mandy and I am the Director of Nursing for the Sale Hospital at Central Gippsland Health. Having your first baby is such a pivotal time in your life! I am so pleased that you felt really supported through this time. And thank you so much for taking the time to tell us – particularly as you are no doubt a very busy new Mum!

I will make sure the staff on the Women’s and Children’s Unit receive your feedback. They work very hard to make sure people get the care and support they need. Receiving such positive feedback is always very welcome.
