My parent had an eye surgery recently (one day procedure) in Ward 4. I couldn't praise enough the two nurses, Deb and her young apprentice, and the ward as a whole. Both took care of my parent so tentatively and passionately, which I couldn't help but felt moved by their kind actions. May I take this opportunity to say thank you to the two nurses for their help. That made my parent feel so at ease and relaxed considering the anxiety and nerves they had on the way to the hospital. Furthermore, the male nurse that checked my parent in to the ward and the receptionist on Level 4, your friendliness made a great start to the day.
Well done and congrats to all staff from top to bottom (at the Main and Garden Hospital) for looking after my parent with their eyes. We thank you for the wonderful services and please keep this up, as you have certainly left a great impression on my parent and myself. I think I can extend this to the community as a whole, you are truly quiet achievers. It really breaks my heart to see the posters around the hospital that show you cop a fair bit of abuse for helping us in the community. Please note that is a very small minority, in general you have our utmost respect and support.
Wishing you all kind wishes and good health.
Kind Regards
"A very pleasant experience"
