(as the patient),

We had our baby at Armadale Hospital recently from a spontaneous labour, and we had such an amazing experience through the birth and the stay afterwards. The doctors, paediatricians, midwives, catering staff and everyone involved in our care were absolutely wonderful. We were helped, listened to and given plenty of advice and answers to our questions without being pushed or pressured. Will definitely be having our next baby there!

I cannot tell you how pleased I am to be reading you story, and might I add congratulations on the arrival of your new baby!

The childbirth experience is such a special and exciting time for a woman and her family; to hear that you were supported and provided with such amazing care throughout the birth and your overall stay, which aligns so strongly with our hospital values, makes me happy beyond words. We at Armadale have such an amazing maternity team and I am very proud to see their hard work and dedication being recognised. I will take great pride in sharing your feedback with the whole team who you have mentioned above, who I know will be very grateful to receive your kind words and thanks.
