I have concerns with many departments not proactively providing the support that I am entitled to. I am a breast cancer patient and not once have I ever had the supporting departments contact me to offer support, I have always had to contact them to find out information.
I feel I should know what services I should be receiving or entitled to as I am under a General Practitioner Management Plan and I am always the one making the first call seeking support. I am only ever contacted for my appointments when I need review in Perth.
