"Three health professionals"

I was having heavy mucus build up and ended up spitting blood which concerned me. This was at 3:30am on a Sunday recently.

I called Jurien Bay Health Centre since I live 30 minutes away and was promptly encouraged by nurse Wan to visit the centre straight away. I was very professionally received and felt very supported by nurses Wan and Chis from the onset, it was 4am. After many questions and several tests and I was (tele) seen by doctor Saras who also listened and spoke very clearly. Given all the context, doctor Saras put me at ease by explaining it was just an irritation of the airways caused by the coughing effort.  Just in case, she required the mucous to be lab analysed and a chest X-ray be carried out.

I drove home and had a relaxing sleep,

Living in a area where there are no hospitals (300km to Perth and 170km to Geraldton), the value of such service is unmeasurable. Good work everyone, I hope this feedback reaches the three health professionals and their team. They deserve it!
