"Recognition for Professional Excellence at RPH"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I presented myself to RPH with severe chest pain.  Fearing it was an imminent heart attack, the Triage nurse swiftly admitted me to Emergency care.  During the time I was there, I was treated by a team of highly skilled medical professionals.  In particular, I would like to recognize Dr Kate for her utter dedication to task in diagnosing, treating me and facilitating a smooth transition through the test processes.  Thankfully, my chest pain abated, and my anxiety significantly reduced.  After conducting a wide range of thorough essential tests, I was discharged satisfactorily with a follow up note to my GP to conduct further heart monitoring, which I have started.  A big thanks to Dr Kate and the wonderful supporting team at RPH that very busy night. I am very grateful for your utmost professionalism and care.  Thank you.
