I want to thank Claire-Louise for the wonderful care she provided me in my most vulnerable moment. She was calm, supportive, and reassuring, and I truly appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly. Checking that I was comfortable throughout, and approached my care with both professionalism and gentleness. Her clear communication and supportive manner helped me feel relaxed and confident during something that could have been quite stressful. My midwife was on annual leave so Claire-Louise was able to provide me with continuity of care.

The support she provided me made a meaningful difference to my experience and hence successful low risk birth.
