(as the patient),

I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing to attend the Emergency Department while at work. As a staff member of the same hospital, I was incredibly impressed by the care I received, from the seamless processes to the exceptional staff and facilities. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. It felt like I was being looked after by family! Communication throughout was outstanding, and we were discharged with a thorough and reassuring follow-up plan, which made us feel supported even after leaving. Thank you to everyone involved in my care, from triage through to discharge. I will be forever grateful!

It is good to read your comments that the ED staff were exceptional and that you were well informed about the treatment and care that you received during your visit.
