"Infusion Lounge, Albany Regional Hospital"

Good afternoon, I am age 73. I have CIDP and walk with a walking stick as I have very little balance, amongst other things.

I would like to state that I have been having plasma infusions for the best part of five years. During this time I have always found the nurses assisting me very courteous and professional. Carolyn, who is in charge, is very efficient, kind and always maintains her professionalism.

I find the infusion lounge very comfortable and quiet.

I cannot speak highly enough of this set up.
