"Patience of Reception at ED"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

I recently attended the Emergency Department at the Bunbury Health Campus and experienced a very long wait. Throughout the more than three hours I was there, the only staff member managing ED enrolment was consistently calm, patient, professional, and empathetic despite the steady stream of patients arriving. Her manner stood out to me and made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I wanted to acknowledge and thank her for the excellent care and customer service she provided.  Congratulations!!
