We had an apppintment at 2.20 pm. At the time of this review, it's 18.01 but my 20 month old sick child is not attended to. The nurses tried to help but the doctor was not up to the speed, still waiting to be seen by doctor.
This is frustrating as we expect urgent care to give urgent care to kids.
