"Jurien Bay Hospital"

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my 10-year-old granddaughter. She recently injured her knee playing sports at school and required urgent medical attention. We were taken to Jurien Bay Hospital, where the nursing team was absolutely amazing. In particular, I want to recognise our nurse, Suzanne. She did a wonderful job of answering all of my questions and remained incredibly patient and friendly despite having a very busy night. Suzanne did an outstanding job of keeping my granddaughter calm and comfortable during a highly stressful moment. Her professionalism and empathy truly stood out. I think it takes a special individual to handle such a demanding job with this level of grace. I believe the staff at Jurien Bay Hospital are wonderful people, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedicated service.
