"Was admitted to Kyneton Hospital for a recurring infection and persistent fever"

Felt very weak with a fever.  My daughter came by and drove me to Kyneton Hospital Emergency.  From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed!

During the 2 days I was there, the nurses and care staff were truly exemplary.  Always smiling and kind and extremely responsive to my needs taking frequent obs to monitor my progress and explained each decision regarding treatment.  All the staff at the hospital were so friendly and kind - admin staff at the front desk so helpful, cleaning staff and kitchen staff very respectful and friendly, I had visits from OT, physio, dietician and other health professionals all enquiring if I needed any assistance and the Dr was extremely responsive to my needs.  

I am 66 and have never been in a hospital before (except to have my children) so this was such a pleasant first experience for me.  I cannot fault the service - far exceeded my expectations so 12/10 definitely!  Thank you so much everyone at Kyneton for your care and compassion.
