A few months ago I attended a different hospital with a ultrasound report stating my appendix was approximately 13mm in size. After a lot of back and forth, keeping me two nights, they refused to remove it. I stated it will probably just come back and whaddaya know? It did.
So I had another ultrasound done showing it at 10mm and then went off to Armadale hospital.
I was operated on the same day and my appendix is finally gone. Pain is minimal and their pain management thus far has been nothing short of excellent.
All staff I saw, particularly the ED staff, surgeons and the nursing staff (including the night staff, even though the patient I shared a room with strongly disagreed) have been great and I have zero complaints.
Thank you so much for sorting something that has caused me so much trouble.
"Incredibly satisfied with my treatment"
