Earlier this year my mother was offered a placement in Brookview. Mum has always been very friendly but hasn't socialised very much. Since taking up residence Mum has become very social, always busy, and takes part in whatever activities that are being conducted. Some days I think I should make an appointment with her for a visit because she is usually out & about by 9am. It is such a pleasure to visit and see how happy Mum is. She says herself that she is so lucky and loves it. The staff are amazing, the food is great and I know when I leave my Mum that she is well cared for.

Thank you to everyone at Northampton Health Centre and Brookview for being so AMAZING.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Patient Opinion. It is wonderful to hear that your mum has embraced the move to Brookview and that she is really enjoying herself. I know that the team strive to provide a caring homelike environment where residents are offered a range of social activities.
