(as a relative),

My mother went into aged care 6 months ago as she could no longer live independently. Since then Mum has shone due to the care, social interaction & stimulation. The staff and management are incredibly caring, friendly and are always considerate of Mums needs. They are totally supportive of us as a family and always make us very welcome. It is a delight to see how well Mum has progressed since moving into this service.

Keep up the great work and thank you.

Wow what a wonderful compliment, it was such a pleasure to read your glowing comments. Thank you for taking the time to share your story on Patient Opinion. I'm so pleased to read of your mums progress and that she is enjoying her time at Brookview. I know that the team strive to provide a caring home-like environment where residents are offered a range of social activities and family members are always welcome. I will take great pride in sharing your feedback with senior management, the team at Brookview and the Northampton Health Centre.
