My mum was admitted with heart problems and ended up staying in hospital for a week. She received a pacemaker. The hospital was so clean and tidy in all areas and the staff were fantastic in Emergency and in the Cardio Ward. Special thanks to Dr Gerald in Emergency and Raj in Cardio 2. 2 who were so kind and thorough and made my mum feel comfortable and safe. Excellent all round.

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your mum's care when she attended the Box Hill Hospital Emergency Department and also ward 2.2.

This must have been a very difficult time for you all, especially your mum, and I am so pleased your mum was treated with kindness and made her feel so welcome.

It will give me great pleasure to let all staff know your positive comments, but especially to Dr Gerald and Raj who obviously made a real impact on you and your mum. Feedback such as yours makes a real difference as well.
