(as the patient),

Went as well as could desire. Only two issues would be the lack of communication of need for jockey underwear rather than boxers and the administration didn't tell the nurse that my partner had arrived.

Otherwise I would absolutely recommend. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and funny.

I'm pleased your surgery went well and certainly take note of the points you make regarding communication. I am really hopeful we will be able to adjust our patient information regarding the need for particular underwear and certainly note the gap when your partner arrived.
