"Broome Hospital ED Presentation"

About: Broome Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Dr David was very informative, excellent manner and reassuring.

Coordinating nurse on shift was great,  I felt safe under the challenging circumstances the department was under at the time of admission to ED.

I felt important even though there was a resus going on at the time.

A person next to me was hit by a car, the police were very caring and gave them a lift home.  There was a lot going on in the department.  The doctors and nurses managed their time effectively between patients.

Dear ED,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience – your kind words mean a lot to us.

I feel very proud of our team at the Broome Health Service and the way they continuously conduct themselves in what are often challenging circumstances. It was great to read such positive comments about information sharing, reassurance, safety and efficiency as these are all in line with our guiding principles and values. I will be sure to pass your feedback on to our staff.

Thanks again for getting in touch and I hope you are travelling well.

Kind Regards
