(as the patient),

Dr David was very informative, excellent manner and reassuring.

Coordinating nurse on shift was great,  I felt safe under the challenging circumstances the department was under at the time of admission to ED.

I felt important even though there was a resus going on at the time.  

A person next to me was hit by a car, the police were very caring and gave them a lift home.  There was a lot going on in the department.  The doctors and nurses managed their time effectively between patients.

I feel very proud of our team at the Broome Health Service and the way they continuously conduct themselves in what are often challenging circumstances.
