About: Yarra Ranges Health

(as the patient),

All the staff were very good, but Heidi in particular was great. She has the increasingly rare talent of combining a highly professional approach and a relaxed and friendly manner, with excellent interpersonal skills. She explained the procedure I was about to have, didn’t dumb it down and leave out information. She was engaging and made me feel confident and comfortable with what I was about to have done. Post-procedure she was informative, friendly and efficient without making the process feel rushed.
