(as the patient),

A young doctor at Wantirna Palliative Care, unfortunately, engrossed with their own academic importance, has lost the humanitarian approach to a very dear elderly patient and their family. Sometimes maybe look outside the square 😢

I would like to share your experience with the Director of Supportive and Palliative Care so your experience can be used to learn from and as you so highlight, make sure we use a humanitarian approach with patients and families.

I would be pleased for you to share this with the supportive team in hope to bring a greater understanding into the role if the doctors.
