Came into hospital with respiratory condition and met Pam from HARP. Pam offered services through HARP. The assistance that Pam offered gave me back my confidence in the health industry that had previously been lost. Thank you

Thank you for providing your feedback. Whilst I am dismayed that you had previously lost your faith in the health system broadly, I am so pleased that Pam, who is one of our wonderful nurses, has been able to support you with your respiratory condition. The HARP program is a great service designed to keep people out of hospital, and I wish you every success. I hope you enjoy better health going forward.
