"Looking for a new home for our parents"

Thank you so much to the delightful Ethann and Joanne at BlueCross Monterey Glenroy for our visit to their beautiful new facility yesterday. Decisions about moving to residential care are not easy, but they made us feel confident and reassured about the care our parents would receive. And, whilst the facility is lovely, it was their attention to the individual needs of our parents that really gave us the confidence to choose Monterey. Thank you both for being so welcoming.

Dear prospect26, Grateful Daughters,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at BlueCross Monterey on Care Opinion. That's great feedback and I know that Ethann and Joanne will be delighted to receive it too.

We agree that making decisions about residential care is not easy at all but that focus on the individual person's needs and the needs of their family is of uppermost importance. We are committed to our vision of "enriching lives".

Thank you so much for taking the time to write. We are really pleased also with the refurbishment and extension at Monterey and have received much favourable feedback. It looks and feels great with lots of space for families to enjoy with their loved ones.
