My brother was recently admitted to NPU (Neuropsychology) and after learning of this, I called and I repeatedly requested for the doctor treating him to call me. I was able to speak with nurses to get some basic information and I was told by nurses that the doctor would call me later or tomorrow. After more than one week, I still haven't heard from the doctor. I believe this is not good enough! Imagine if it was their loved one in hospital. I wish to make this a formal complaint as the lack of communication to family members has added to an already stressful situation.
