Recently I went to my booked appointment for my annual Sun Doctors check up at their Bentleigh, Victoria location. The surgery had been shut, the office cleaned out, with a message on the door to call their Sydney number for assistance. Calling that number went to voicemail, with no appropriate sub-menu that fit my circumstances. I left a message, clearly not happy. No-one has bothered to call me back. I will be finding a different service provider. In my opinion this is pathetic customer service.
