"Incontinence Program"

About: Allied Health (Bass Coast Health)

(as the patient),

I have been given some very good advice which I followed - simple food changes.  Increase my fibre, porridge and fruit for breakfast and add psyllium, start inner health plus, use osmolax if constipated. Explained how to sit on toilet for bowel movements and by the time I went back to see Mandy my problem was fixed, giving back my confidence. Mandy was very easy to talk to and I felt no embarrassment. Thank you.

Dear New Healthy Person,

What a wonderful outcome for you! Optimal management of bowels and waterworks is essential to good health - it can also be very disabling when things aren't going well. Good on you for seeking help, and for following the advice. I will make sure we pass on your appreciation to Mandy - she is just terrific! I am so pleased you were made to feel comfortable and I wish you all the best with your newfound confidence!

Kind Regards,

Jan
