"Palliative patient"

About: Bass Coast Health

(as a relative),

On behalf of my family, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of the staff who provided such wonderful care and showed great kindness and respect to our family member who was recently palliated. His last days were spent surrounded by family, and we are so thankful to the nursing, medical and kitchen staff who all made this experience as good as it could be, with their kind words, regular updates and many cups of tea: ) You are all worth your weight in gold!

Dear Patient28,

Please accept my sincere condolences. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to pass on your feedback. It is so important that a person's end of life experience is optimal and that family members are very much involved. Our staff are very committed to providing compassionate care and I will make sure that I pass on your lovely feedback to them.

All the best, Jan.
