I just wanted to share how good the staff were during my recent visit.

I recently presented at casualty with a severe infection, and I was actually quite poorly. Everyone, from the moment I arrived via ambulance to when I was discharged, was absolutely excellent. 

From the receptionists to the medical staff and nurses, the treatment was just fantastic. I worked in a hospital for 30 years, so I have something to compare it to. It truly was excellent.

I just wanted to ensure that you received the thanks you deserve.
