"Excellent Prenatal Care"

I had a midwife appointment after my 20 week ultrasound with midwife Matilda. At this appointment I was told that there was an abnormal measurement that would need to be double checked. I was naturally very stressed, but Matilda was very reassuring and gave me a referral to get another ultrasound done. When I got home, not an hour later she called me on my mobile telling me she had set me up an appointment for 4 days time so that I would be able to get to the bottom of everything, instead of having to wait a couple of weeks. I really feel like she went the extra mile for me, telling me that she knew I would just be sitting at home worrying until I found out, so best to get in and checked ASAP!I had the follow up scan and everything was fine, but I am incredibly grateful to the staff for being so thorough and understanding.
