(as the patient),

I am an elderly person. I had a biopsy on my upper lip at Kerang District Health. My first time being in an operating theatre. As I have an anxiety disorder the staff were very supportive and reassuring. They were excellent. That made my stay at Kerang District Health a happy experience.

I am very pleased to hear your story. As it was your first time going into theatre, and your acknowledgment of an anxiety disorder, and also being elderly I can only imagine how you must have been feeling in the lead up to your procedure.
