(as the patient),

I would like to show my appreciation to the staff at the Harvey Hospital.  I have visited the hospital as an outpatient on many occasions.   Each time upon my arrival I have been greeted by friendly and welcoming staff in the front reception.  We are very lucky to have such a wonderful hospital providing such great services.
