(as a parent/guardian),

My toddler attended hospital with complications post tonsillectomy. Both nurses on duty Vinee & Judy were fantastic. Their communication and care for my child was extraordinary.

Dear 1518AJ,

You have paid two of our staff an enormous compliment of the highest accolades. To provide "extraordinary" care is a very particular level of care that is above what you may have anticipated or expected, and suggests a "going beyond the usual care" in an Urgent Care setting. To also have witnessed care provided to your toddler, who you know and care for on a daily basis is a huge compliment- because surely as parents we "know" our children best, and are the experts in their care. The nurses you mention will be made aware of your comments, as will all the nurses at our organisation. As a health service manager I always wonder how we could "bottle" the extraordinary care providers, so that everyone's experience could be as positive as yours.
