"Lack of services"

About: Canterbury Hospital

(as a service user),

I am an elderly lady who would attend Canterbury Hospital 6 monthly for hydrotherapy. I have obtained my referral letter & attended the hospital so that I can commence hydrotherapy classes. I was told I  would be called in about a week, but it's been a month now & I've heard nothing despite all my calls to enquire. 

Please advise ...  I believe this is unsatisfactory.
