(as the patient),

Last week I had to visit A and E twice. Both times were extremely busy.

All staff including A and E reception, doctors, nurses, support service staff and the x-ray department were very professional and caring. 

Well done - Bass Coast Health under extra ordinary conditions you were extraordinary.

Dear A and E Patient, Thank you so much for taking the time to post this. How amazing that you thought to do this after you had to endure two trips to an Emergency Department!!! I hope you are doing OK now and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the ED staff. They will be thrilled. It's our busiest time of the year and I think they do an amazing job.
